Please note that the walking tours involve crossing streets, railroad tracks, and other uneven terrain. Black Cat Books House 1 has steps to enter. Black Cat Books House 2 has a ramp available. Please reach out with any accessibility concerns or questions.

Free parking is available at either Black Cat Books location (420 S. Court Street or 119 Lafayette Street).Black Cat Books also has a private lot behind its event center located at 400 S. Court Street. You are free to park in that private lot, even if there are signs that warn you of towing. As a Haunted Medina tour attendee, you will not be towed!

LIABILITY RELEASE:By purchasing ticket(s) and participating in the Ghost Tour, everyone in your party agrees to the following:This Liability Release Form constitutes a written agreement between Haunted Medina, Black Cat Books & Oddities, Cellar Stage, and Brandon Massullo (hereafter referred to as "Ghost Tour") and all paying or non-paying participants (hereafter referred to as the “Guest”).The Ghost Tour is a guided walking tour conducted from 420 S Court St, walking surrounding areas around Medina, Ohio, and ends at 119 Lafayette St in Medina, Ohio.By participating in the Ghost Tour, the Guest, along with any heirs or assignees, agrees to hold harmless and release, both now and indefinitely, all parties related to Ghost Tour and their agents, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all liability, injury, accident, death, harm, financial loss, incidental damages, or any other circumstances arising from or related to participation in said activity, whether due to omission, negligence, incompetence, failure, or any other reason on the part of Ghost Tour.The Guest acknowledges that said activity may be physically demanding, emotionally or spiritually unsettling, and potentially hazardous, and agrees that they are in sufficient physical and mental condition to participate, as well as adequately equipped and dressed.The Guest understands that the activity may involve the use of strobe lights, flashing lights, and fog machines, and agrees that they are in sufficient physical and mental condition to participate.
